BLOOMING BALMS POLICIES FOR MASSAGE

Cancelation Policy

I understand life can bring on unexpected events. However I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations on the day will be charged 50% of treatment cost. 

Inappropriate Behaviour

Blooming Balm has a zero tolerance policy to inappropriate behaviour. I reserve the right to terminate a treatment with immediate effect and without refund if the client demonstrates any inappropriate behaviour.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Email or phone to redeem a gift voucher. Have the voucher code handy so I can verify it. We'll then get you booked in. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable.

How do I return an order?

I'm unable to accept returns due to their bespoke nature and also hygiene reasons.

When will my aromatherapy products arrive?

I aim to get the bespoke products made and dispatched within 7 working days. I will let you know if your product takes longer to formulate.
