BLOOMING BALMS POLICIES FOR MASSAGE

Cancelation Policy

We understand life can bring on unexpected events. However Blooming Balm requires 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations on the day will be charged 50% of treatment cost. 

Inappropriate Behaviour

Blooming Balm has a zero tolerance policy to inappropriate behaviour. And reserves the right to terminate a treatment with immediate effect and without refund if the client demonstrates any inappropriate behaviour.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Email or phone to redeem a gift voucher. Have the voucher code handy so Sarah can verify it. She'll then get you booked in. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable.

How do I return an order?

Blooming Balm is unable to accept returns due to their bespoke nature and also hygiene reasons.

When will my aromatherapy products arrive?

Sarah aims to get the bespoke products made and dispatched within 7 working days. She will let you know if your product takes longer to formulate.

Privacy Policy

When making a booking, Blooming Balm requires certain information about yourself. This information will not be shared  with any third party.
