How to use
Remove the lid & place the aroma stick beneath your nose & close your eyes. Take 3 deep, slow & mindful breathes to feel your body & mind calm & rebalance.
Depending on useage, they should last up to 6 months.
For new clients I will complete a free consultation over the phone. This will enable me to safely choose essential oils and other ingredients needed to create that one of the kind product just for you.
I aim to get your bespoke aromatherapy products made and posted within 7 working days.
