A 90 minute Deep Tissue massage in the comfort of your own home or holiday accommodation. For clients who are in need of a decent muscle stretch then this is the treatment for you! ​Deep Tissue Massage is less about relaxation and more about improving the body's alignment. Its a fantastic deep tissue massage, concentrating on strengthening and lengthening the muscles. It helps to release built up tension and reduce any muscle pain. Improving any restriction to movement you may suffer from. ​I work with the muscle layers, softening the superficial layers first and moving onto the deeper layers. This technique can allow your body to deeply relax, helping to relieve stress and lower high blood pressure. ​Massage strokes are considerably slower and firmer to give the muscle time needed to release tension. This will improve your muscle movement and flexibility.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I understand life can bring on unexpected events. However I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations on the day will be charged 50% of treatment cost. Full payment of treatment is required before the treatment date.
